Since parents were extremely busy with their work, the child of this couple was raised by his maternal grandparents. At the age of 27, Jeremy Grunin married his wife and later became the proud parents of 3 children (two girls and a boy). Though Jeremy and his wife parted ways later, they still remain good friends.
Education
Since childhood, Jeremy Grunin had less interest in studies. He suffered the most with math and physical education. Toms River High School was his first educational institution. After spending two years there, he transferred to Lakewood Prep in Howell. Later, he did not show interest in attending college, left his birthplace, moved to Middlesex County, and started making his career.
Career Overview
Jeremy’s career had lots of ups and downs. He had started working at an early age and switched many jobs. Though he had a successful career, he also experienced hurdles at some point. Life was equally crucial and blissful to him.
At Olive Garden, he joined as a waiter and that was his first job. However, his performance as a waiter was unsatisfactory. Later, he joined Nobody Beats the Wiz at the age of 19 as a salesman. Fortunately, he earned a good amount of commission from sales. Wiz then offered him a promotion to management. Accepting this, he became a 20-year-old manager with a salary of $28,000.
At the age of 24, he became the youngest general manager at CompUSA, managing a $52 million store with 120 employees in Edison. After CompUSA, he worked as a district manager in NYC, NJ, and Philadelphia.
2008 to 2011 were the period of despair and suffering for Jeremy. During this time, he had to throw newspapers beside his full-time job. The situation worsened when he lost his full-time job. 2013 was good because he was able to shed 100 pounds and received medical treatment for his gastric problems. And he got a job in a sports company.
Due to his mother’s illness, Jeremy was called to go back to Toms River with his family and to assist his father in the Jay and Linda Grunin Foundation. Primarily, this foundation was founded only to improve the Toms River community.
Soon after Jeremy joined the foundation, it started expanding rapidly in nearby counties. Currently, he is working as the president of this foundation. Not only that, he hosts a radio show titled Wake Up With Jeremy.
